Claude William Roten

Claude William Roten 79, of Winston-Salem, NC passed away in his home on July 27, 2021. He was loved by all, dedicated father, friend, and will he missed but not forgotten. He worked for Star Paper Tubing Inc. for 42 years and retired in 2006. He enjoyed making bird houses, clocks and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents Taft Roten and Verna Roten; a daughter Christina Mullins; two sisters Pauline Roten and Georgia Roten ;  and a brother Coy Roten. He is survived by a son Tim Roten; two daughters Christa Bowen, and Shirley Robbins; four sisters Lucile Hardee, Mary Church, Geneva Short and Betty Norman. five brothers Bobby Roten, Russell Roten, Roger Roten, Robert Roten, and Jerry Roten; grandchildren Hannah Roten, Summer Roten, Courtney Vogler, Misty Ball, Amy Roten, Dylan Bowen, Lillian Bowen, Phillip Bowen and Laney Colon; and four great grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday August 21, 2021 at Gardens of Memory Mausoleum Chapel.
