Cynthia Fishel New, 48, of Winston-Salem passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020. She was born December 29, 1971 to Harry and Virginia Fishel. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two daughters Amber Bishop, and Elizabeth New; a son James New; three grandchildren Wyatt Bishop, Westin Bishop, and Ella New; a sister Diana Hobson; three brothers Bill Blackwell, Steve Blackwell, and Gary Blackwell; niece Ginnie Blackwell; nephew Bobby Blackwell; great-niece Natalie Blackwell; and great-nephew Eli Blackwell.
