Douglas Garil Brown

It is with great sadness we announce the death of Douglas Garil Brown, 62 from Jonesville, NC. Doug was preceded in death by his parents Alvis “Shorty” and Joyce “Vernell” Brown and brothers Perry Brown and Rex Brown. Doug is survived by sisters; Joyce Anderson, Helen (Donnie) Kartes, and Barbara Huff; sister in law, Lynn Brown; nephews Larry (Brittney) Anderson, Barry (Kimberly) Anderson, Joel (Beth) Jones, Andrew (Kathryn) Jones; nieces, Kayla Brown, Tori Huff and Kristen (Joe) Nichols. Doug also leaves behind several grand nieces and nephews and special family friends Scott and Cassie Nicholson.

A Memorial will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at 4 PM at Temple Hill Church, 1311 Somers Rd, Ronda NC 28670.
