Our beloved grandmother, Louise Mace, passed away peacefully on August 5th, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. Grandma lived a laughter-filled, joyful, and simple life always bringing happiness to those around her.
Louise was preceded in death by her loving parents, Clifford and Ruth Keith.
Louise is survived by her loving children Kelly and Frankye Mace, and Kristie, who is married to her beloved son-in-law Adam Angel. She is also survived by her siblings, John Keith (Barbara Keith), Joyce Replogle (William Replogle), and her twin sister Lois Walser (Larry Walser). Louise is also cherished by her grandchildren Pete Mace, Emma, Ethan, Alex, and Aaron Angel.
Grandma cherished her rural upbringing, growing up on the farm in Woodbury, Pennsylvania. She loved sharing stories of her childhood, painting vivid pictures of her adventures and the joy she found in her surroundings. She often reminisced about ice skating on the dam in winter and playing in the old barn with her siblings. Grandma was a devoted mother to her three children raising them with the same love and care she showed us grandkids. She was more than just a mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all of us; she was the cornerstone of our family. Grandma filled the room with laughter, jokes, love, and care, teaching each of us not to take life too seriously. Though we miss her dearly, we find comfort in the countless memories we shared and the life lessons she taught us all. Grandma’s light will forever shine in our hearts, and her legacy will be passed on through generations. She taught us the importance of faith and family, lessons that will never be forgotten.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of our grandma, Louise Mace, to Trellis Supportive Care in Winston-Salem, NC. The love and care they showed our family during this time can never be repaid.
We love you, Grandma. You will always be the sunshine in our lives.
