Ronny Lee Parnell

Mr. Ronny Lee Parnell, 72 passed away peacefully on Friday May 2nd at his home in Clemmons, NC. He was born July 7, 1952 in Forsyth County to Don and Helen Parnell. Ronny was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, as well as a very devoted Christian man.

He retired at the age of 70 from Epes Transport in Greensboro, NC.

He enjoyed spending his time at home with his loving wife of 46 years Geraldine Venable Parnell and his loving pet Rosie. Ronny loved to fish, play games and spend time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Helen Parnell, his brother Doug Parnell, and his grandson Eric Norris II.

Ronny is survived by his wife Geraldine, brother Tim Parnell and daughters Denise Smith and husband Chad, Lesa Marine, Donna Norris and husband Tim. Grandchildren, Shannon Walker, Avery Yon, and Hollie Norris. Great grandchildren Gage and Callie Walker and Ava Yon. As well as nieces Amy, Laci and Megan.

There will be a graveside service held at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory in Kernersville, NC on Thursday May 8, 2025 at 11:00 am for family and close friends
