Susan Quesenberry Hardy

Susan Kay Quesenberry Hardy, 62, of Dublin, Virginia, loving wife and mother of four daughters passed away away Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Susan was born on June 20, 1958 to Ira and Mary Henderson Quesenberry.  March 25, 1975, she married Richard Allen Hardy. They raised four daughters, Robin, Christine, Karen, and Sharon. Susan was a selfless, loving, compassionate person who touched many people's lives. She was strong in the darkest moments which was an inspiration to her children. She had a passion for gardening and her three cats. Most of all she loved her family. Susan was preceded in death by her father; her husband; and her sister, Deborah. She is survived by her her four daughters, Robin Coffey, Christine Evans, Karen Kane, and Sharon Akers; 21 grandchildren, Michael, Mark, James Jr, Nathan, Amber, Brandon, Richard Jr, Kiersten, Russell, Frank, Warren, Dustin Caroline, Raymond, Rebecca, Ryan, Daniel, Ashley, Britney, Shianne, and Devan; 9 great grandchildren; her Mother; four brothers, Wayne, Richard, Clint, and Ira Jr.; and two sisters, Juanita and Janet. A Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday April 10, 2021 at Marshall Park. Those who wish to send flowers please send flowers to one of the two flower shops in Hillsville Va. to be ready for pick up on April 9 and 10. We will arrange for them to be picked up.
