Todd Andrew Grace

Apr 16, 1966 — Jun 29, 2026

Todd Andrew Grace, 60, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 29, 2026 at the Kate B.Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born in Walkertown, NC, on April 16, 1966, to the late Walter and Lois Grace.

Todd loved nothing more than his family, and all four of “his girls” were his pride and joy.He spent many days teaching his daughters everything from cool math tricks to car maintenance to home improvement, and his role as an educator extended to his coworkers at the hospital. He found his true calling as a pediatric nurse later in life, and it was his passion. His unit was a second family to him, he cared deeply for his patient and their families, and the number of lives he touched during his time there cannot be counted.

He also loved classic cars, especially Volkswagens, and loved going to the Bug Bash at Farmington Dragway. He enjoyed being outdoors in any capacity, especially if it involved sitting around a fire, reading military fiction and history books, and watching “how-to” videos on YouTube. He was a nerd through and through, from his fascination with math to his love of Star Wars, and he raised his daughters with the same love of Tolkien that he held. He discovered the fun of building Lego sets as an adult, and especially during his illness enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table working on large Lord of the Rings sets with his family.

He is survived by his wife Angela; children Emily and Nathaniel Andersen, Laura and Logan Johnson, and Sarah Grace; brother Jeffrey (Kimberly); and sister Whitney (Jimmy).

A celebration of life service will be held in the sanctuary of Brookstown United Methodist Church in Pfafftown on Saturday, July 4, 2026 , at 1pm, with a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall at 2pm.
