Whitney Nicole (Lynch) Fink

Whitney Nicole Lynch (Fink) 36 of Mocksville, NC, passed away on October 5, 2025 after a long and courageous battle with the disease of addiction. Her addiction did not define her, but was a struggle she fought every day. 

Whitney was born in Winston Salem on May 24, 1989 to John Walter Lynch III and Amy Paige Litaker. She will be remembered for her infectious smile, her very creative spirit and her unwavering love for her children, family, and friends. Whitney was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She found joy in writing poems, journaling and her very beautiful creative artwork. She also found joy in spending time with her friends and was so excited to find out she was going to be a grandmother with her first grandchild. Whitney‘s vibrant spirit and kind heart left an impression on everyone she met. Her family will always cherish the memories they have. 

She was preceded in death by her most cherished, beloved, maternal grandmother, Dawn Litaker, who she loved so very much; maternal grandfather, Richard Litaker; brother, Jonathan Taylor Lynch; paternal grandmother, Jane Lynch. Whitney is survived by her parents; her sisters, Emily Brooke Rosado and Ashley Jordan Lynch; her brother Matthew Logan West; her children, Keeley Nicole Countryman 19 Adrian, Grace Williams 15 Alivia Dawn Spears 12, Kenzie Nevaeh Spears 10, Kendrick Izaiah Vinson 8; a niece Ryleigh Skye Kollman 11; and a nephew, Logan Aaron Taylor 2. She also has extended family and friends whom she loved very much. We will be holding a service for her family and (to a select group of her friends) on Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Faith of God Ministries 5545 Main St., Walkertown, NC 27051.
