Mr. Daniel “Danny” Matthew Granzyk Sr. of Winston Salem passed away at Forsyth Medical Center on Sunday May 28, 2023.

Danny was born in Cook County, IL on March 29, 1967 to Casmir & Patricia Yehl Granzyk. Their family moved to Winston Salem in 1979 where he attended Parkland Highschool.

He was a master industrial electrician / technician by trade and enjoyed working with his hands. He was a muscle car enthusiast, enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, and loved to watch his Chicago Bears play.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Zachary Granzyk; and a sister, Mary Jo Granzyk Painter.

He is survived by his wife Renee Teague Granzyk; son, Daniel Granzyk, Jr (Kristi); Stepson, Sean Teague (Kristen); grandchildren, Gatlin Granzyk, Makayla Beck, Lillian Granzyk, and Emerson Teague.

A service will be held at a later date.
