Junia Reed Hensley

Junia Reed Hensley, 72, of Wilkesboro, NC, passed away Friday March 6, 2020, from a sudden illness.  Many will remember her as the owner/operator of Brushy Mountain Dog Grooming in Wilkesboro where she loved, bathed, petted, and groomed literally thousands of loving pets for over 25 years.  Her closest friends will remember her as a confidant, counselor, advisor, minister, sister, friend, and prayer warrior.  She spoke frequently of her Love for Jesus Christ, and often prayed aloud with anyone who asked.   She offered the most sincere version of herself to everyone that she met.  A private ceremony will be held at the location that she selected and will include her closest circle of friends.  To best honor Miss Junia’s memory, adopt a pet into a kind and loving home or simply donate to the Wilkes County Humane Society.  Until we meet again, fly high our sweet angel.
