Stephanie Kay Dean

We are horribly saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Stephanie Kay Dean on Thursday December 16, 2021 at the age of 45 at the home of the family in NC. Stephanie was born on April 16, 1976 to parents of Dwayne Dean Sr and Norma Jean Fobare Dean in Corning, NY. She graduated from Addison Central High School in 1996.

Stephanie had spent most of her life battling Epilepsy and Lupus. She spent her days loving Harleys, Red roses, the color hot pink and black, crafting and collecting old movies and listening to 80’s rock music.

Stephanie is preceded in death by her grandparents and her mother, Norma Jean Dean. She is survived by her father, Dwayne (Moochie) Dean Sr of Thomasville, NC; sisters Chastity Dean of Thomasville, NC, Meagan Dean of Bath, NY and Taylor Dann of Nelson, PA; brothers Dwayne (DJ) Dean Jr and wife Judy Dean of Thomasville, NC, Devon Dean of Lexington, NC, Christopher Harer of North Pole, AL and Gregory Harer of Mansfield, PA; she also leaves behind several aunts; uncles; and cousins.

We are still gathering information and will keep everyone updated when more information is available regarding events and next steps. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
